UCLA Luskin’s First Blue & Gold Challenge

For the first time, the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs is joining Bruins across campus in the Blue & Gold Challenge — a week of giving that unites alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends. Your gift is more than a donation — it’s a chance to empower the next generation of changemakers and help Luskin shine in our very first year participating.

Support Student Growth and Opportunity 

At Luskin, our students are preparing to tackle pressing issues — from housing and climate resilience to equity and justice. But to make an impact, they need more than classroom learning. The Luskin Student Development & Opportunity Fund provides support for internships, fieldwork, and leadership programs that prepare students to lead change in their communities.

Provide Emergency Assistance in Times of Need

Life can be unpredictable, and unexpected hardships can jeopardize a student’s ability to continue their education. The Luskin Student Emergency Fund provides critical financial assistance in times of crisis — helping students with urgent needs so they can stay on track toward their degree.

Fuel Innovation and Impact

The Dean’s Innovation Fund gives Interim Dean Anastasia Loukaitou-Sideris the flexibility to meet the school’s greatest needs — whether that means launching new initiatives, investing in urgent priorities, or seizing unexpected opportunities that strengthen the Luskin community.

Unlock $10,000 for Luskin Students

Thanks to the Avery Dennison Foundation, on behalf of Alicia Procello, we have an exciting challenge:

If Luskin receives 40 gifts during the Blue & Gold Challenge, an additional $10,000 will be unlocked to support our students. Every gift, no matter the size, helps us get closer to this transformational bonus.
