About us!

The UCLA Women’s Club Basketball team is more than a group of students who love basketball—it’s a community of passionate, driven athletes who strive for excellence both on and off the court. We’re proud to represent UCLA, competing at a high level while building lifelong friendships and creating unforgettable memories.

This season marks the 9th year of women’s club basketball at UCLA, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come. Every year, our team grows stronger, thanks to the incredible support of our family, friends, and community. Over the past nine years, we’ve built a close-knit team, traveled to compete in regional and national tournaments, and furthered our mission of empowering collegiate women to excel in basketball while fostering a strong sense of community. Your support helps us ensure that future Bruins can continue to pursue their passion for basketball, grow as athletes, and be part of this amazing community. Together, we can keep this tradition alive for years to come. Thank you for being a part of our journey!

How you can help!

Our UCLA women’s club basketball team incurs various expenses, including travel fees, tournament charges, uniform costs, and coach salaries. Our team is run entirely by students, and we work hard to create an experience for players that is both fun and competitive. Any support we receive is so valuable in enhancing all aspects of our club experience!

Last year, our team participated for the second time in the NIRSA Regional tournament in Phoenix, Arizona. This experience was absolutely amazing, allowing us to play competitive basketball against schools from all around the country while also giving us ample opportunities to become closer as teammates and friends. We were, however, not able to go to Nationals last year due to a lack of sufficient funds, so we're hoping this year is different. This year, we are hoping to return to the NIRSA Regionals in Phoenix, Arizona, and go to Nationals in Madison, Wisconsin. These tournaments are our largest expenses of the season, including tournament fees, transportation, and lodging. We are so grateful for any financial support we receive, as these out-of-state tournaments are so influential to our development as a team.
