Welcome Bruins to UCLA!

This October, as we continue to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite you to join us in supporting UCLA’s newly established Latinx Success Center. The Center has just opened its doors, and your gift will help transform it from a promising launch into a lasting home for students.

The LSC, nestled right on the Hill, is creating a campus community where all students thrive academically, socially and professionally. As we build this new space, we invite you to be part of its foundation, helping students to thrive, graduate, and lead.

The Latinx Success Center is open to all students and provides advising, mentoring, study areas, and space for events. Plans include leading academic success workshops, collaborating with campus partners to address basic needs, and hosting student-created art that celebrates UCLA’s community. It is a place where connection and culture strengthen every student’s path to success. The Center is is also hosting the 2025 LSC Welcome, a free and public event celebrating the comunidad, Hispanic Heritage Month, and welcoming our students to campus. RSVP and join us on October 14!

We're launching this campaign to welcome our students back to campus and show the strength of our community. Our goal is 50 donors because every gift, no matter the size, demonstrates your commitment to student success.

As a newly established center, your support is especially critical to ensuring the Latinx Success Center has the resources to empower students for years to come. Your gift will help us:

  • Fund events like the LSC Welcome
  • Create welcoming spaces and annual programming
  • Build momentum for UCLA’s broader efforts to support student success

By giving this October, you will be recognized as a founding supporter and help create a lasting resource that will serve generations of Bruins.

Thank you for investing in the future of UCLA students.

Since its inception, the center has launched initiatives aimed at furthering our strategic goal of cultivating a thriving environment for students at UCLA. Through programming, student leadership development, collaboration, and outreach, we empower students to thrive both academically and personally, while promoting leadership and community engagement.
