Bruins Then, Bruins Now, Bruins Always

$12,275 raised by 28 generous donors.

“It’s amazing at what we can achieve, together.”

As parents, you are an essential part of our Bruin community. We ask you as community members to join us for the 13th annual Blue & Gold Challenge, a special week of giving where Bruins of every affiliation – alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends – come together to support UCLA.  Your participation is more than a donation—it's a chance to be part of something big in unity with thousands of Bruins.

This page is designed for families exclusively attending Bruin Family Weekend. Your gifts this weekend will help us launch the campaign successfully on November 17-23.

Enhance the UCLA Experience – Student Success Fund

One size does not fit all when it comes to the college experience, and student success comes in many forms. UCLA Student Affairs supports the growth and success of all students in a variety of manners including mentorship opportunities, career guidance, recreational activities, leadership programs, student clubs and resource centers on campus.

Your support of these inclusive opportunities and resources reflects our commitment to meeting the ever-changing needs of our students.

Opportunity Through Need-Based Scholarships

UCLA is the nation’s number one public institution, and we take pride in our excellence in diversity. Need-based Scholarships ensure the best and brightest students have the opportunity to attend UCLA and complete their degrees regardless of means.

From pursuing undergraduate research to participating in student organizations, your support allows our students to attend UCLA and take advantage of all our world-class university has to offer.

Support Student Resilience Initiatives

Mental health influences all aspects of the college experience including academic performance, social interactions and overall well-being. As the starting point for student mental health, the UCLA RISE Center provides one-on-one meetings with staff members, guided community healing workshops, mindfulness and meditation classes, yoga and creative activities.

Your support provides funding for trainings, wellness events, and resource fairs to uplift the RISE Center’s mission to raise awareness and equip students with the skills to navigate and manage their mental health effectively.
