We're Launching a New Campaign!
Thank you so much for supporting our IDEA Hacks 2025 Crowdfunding Campaign!
This event would not have been possible without your help! Though we were pushed back due to the fires your generosity made this hackathon happen! Thanks to you we were able to supply our hackers with 8 workshops and info sessions to train them on a variety of tools as well as introduce them to companies they may have interest in after graduation! We were able to supply our hackers with meals and snacks for the duration of the competition so they could remain focused on their projects. Most importantly of all with your donations we were able to supply our hackers with tools, parts, and a place to compete. You made this event run so smoothly and allowed so many hackers to make their dreams a reality, thank you!
Our first place winners were Vinyl Vision who modified a turntable to dynamically display information about the song and album that was currently playing!

All of this and more is why we're so excited to announce that today we're launching our Crowdfunding Campaign for IDEA Hacks 2026 (https://crowdfunding.ucla.edu/project/47453) and while we're keeping the theme a secret for now, it's sure to bring about a brighter tomorrow!
