Help UCLA Comedy Perform this Spring Quarter!

Shenanigans Comedy Club is the largest comedy club at UCLA. With 5 comedic departments (Stand-Up, 2 Improv Teams, Sketch, and Digital-Sketch) and 3 organizational departments (Marketing, Finance, and Events), our 6 big shows each quarter showcase the amazing talent we have within our massive club.

This year we have achieved a lot. When UCLA reopened after COVID-19, our membership blossomed, increasing by 400%! With sold-out shows every quarter, we were featured on the Daily Bruin (UCLA's Student Newspaper) and the UCLA Yearbook for our contributions to the UCLA Community! 

We had a year of competitions: Both Improv teams went to UC Berkeley in Fall 2022, Stand-Up went to UC Santa Barbara in Winter 2023, and Sketch went to USC in Winter 2023. Our Digital-Sketch department created a record breaking amount of sketches, and the founder of Shenanigans Comedy Club performed at their and sketch's show! 

All of our shows are free because we want all students to be able to attend. However, we are still incurring the cost of renting performance space as well as the props and AV equipment that goes into our performances. Our performers are currently putting time and money into this club, limiting our creativity.

BUT YOU CAN HELP! 

With YOUR help we will be able to continue our free performances and hire coaches to help our performers hone their craft. We will use the funding for venue costs, travel costs to competitions, replacing the shenanigans speaker, and much more

Your support will make everything we do for Spring Quarter possible and help the next generations of comedians including queer, female, and POC comics!
